Tory Burch Fashion Show/Brunch

Seasons Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco is hosting the ultimate girly pre-Valentine’s Day outing 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Feb. 12.

Enjoy a delicious two- or three-course brunch while taking in a fashion show of Tory Burch’s spring 2012 collection, inspired by the seaside town of Deauville in the ’20s.

You’ll also enjoy access to the bottomless Bloody Mary Bar or endless mimosas.

Enjoy dishes such as grilled organic salmon with pear, toybox tomatoes, Marcona almonds and arugula salad; and brioche French toast with fresh strawberries, bourbon anglaise and Vermont maple syrup.

San Francisco’s Press Club Offers A Special Toast For the Chinese New Year’s Parade

The annual Chinese New Year’s Parade in San Francisco just got a little more festive with a special invitation from Press Club, downtown’s wine-bar lounge.

The parade kicks off at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 11. But stop by Press Club between 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., when Joy Sterling, proprietor of Iron Horse Vineyards will be there to pour glasses of her winery’s new Chinese Cuvee, a sparkling wine created especially for the “Year of the Dragon.”

Only 1,000 cases were made of this limited-production wine. With 880 cases exported to China, only 120 cases are available in the United States.

It’s a blend of 75 percent Pinot Noir and 25 percent Chardonnay.

Enjoy at $17 per glass at Press Club. A three-bite pairing ($12) also will be available. It will include crispy scallion pancakes with spring garlic and black bean asparagus; salt & pepper prawns in Chinese soup spoons; and crisp won ton triangles layered with Peking slaw and Asian duck confit.
