Who wants to try some beeramisu?
I thought that would get your attention. Yup, it’s the classic Italian dessert, only made with beer.
You can learn how to make it and sample some at Macy’s Valley Fair in Santa Clara at 6 p.m. April 10 when I host a cooking demo with Chef Gaston Alfaro of Half Moon Bay Brewing Company.
A native of El Salvador, Alfaro has headed the kitchen at the brew pub for the past five years, where every dish on the menu has a suggested beer pairing.
This free event takes place in the culinary kitchen on the main floor of the Men’s and Home store.
I would have loved to join you because it is my Birthday,..but helas, it is too far for me,…deep sigh! 🙂
